Today marks the shortest day - and longest night - of the year. Winter Solstice, when the days begin to lengthen, and those of us who feel sadder during the darker days start literally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Though I'm not a practicing pagan, I can appreciate this reason for the holiday season! Merry Solstice or Happy Yule, I celebrate the return of the light!
